About this project and the content map
Decimal to Percent Converter is a small, static site built for quick conversions and honest explanations. The goal is to reduce friction when you move between decimal and percent notation in school, work, or personal finance tasks.
Content is organized around a topical map so you can predict where to look. The home page carries the live tool plus formulas, examples, and FAQs. The blog expands each cluster: core rules, spreadsheet storage, classroom wording, basis points, common mistakes, and rounding.
Because the implementation stays on the client, you can try values without creating an account or sending data to an app server. Updates ship as plain files, which keeps hosting simple on platforms like Cloudflare Pages.
Accuracy matters for trust. When stakes are high, use the converter as a first pass, then cross-check with a second method you trust, such as a textbook definition or a peer review in a spreadsheet.
If something feels unclear, use the contact page. We read messages when capacity allows, but this is not a staffed help desk.
